How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and our global sourcing model, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery within the USA. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We work with global fulfillment centers to bring you the best quality products. Depending on your item, it may ship from our warehouses in the USA, Europe, or Asia.

Orders & Tracking

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also track your order directly on our "Track Your Order" page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly! Please contact us at support@stylecradle.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send you a free replacement immediately.
