Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and our global sourcing model, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery within the USA. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We work with global fulfillment centers to bring you the best quality products. Depending on your item, it may ship from our warehouses in the USA, Europe, or Asia.

Orders & Tracking

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also track your order directly on our "Track Your Order" page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly! Please contact us at support@stylecradle.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
