Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@stylecradle.com with your order number.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our return policy below.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened toys, used products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

You will be notified once your refund has been processed.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to transit)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
